Suggested by iKnowledge Elric of Melniboné is a powerful warrior who is skilled with a blade. He’ll lunge straight at you without hesitation so all opponents are doomed unless they have good reaction times. Fortunately for Ash, he has always been quick to counter any and all moves. He has a respectable army of Pokemon by his side at all times as well. I don’t think he’ll be going down easy and Elric will run out of stamina first. Ash wins.

I wouldn’t underestimate the Man from Melnibone. He is a powerful magic-user, from what I’ve heard of him and his talents, and if Stormbringer should nick Ash or his Pokémon, they’re dead, with their soul going to the sword.
Well that is true. He could deal some serious damage if he landed a blow in, but it would be tough getting past Ash’s army. Pikachu and Greninja should be fast enough to keep Elric at bay
