Zaraki is back, but even his fighting spirit won’t be enough to overcome Jiren. Jiren is effectively unbeatable. His power is completely unwavering and his energy attacks are almost infinitely strong. Zaraki would get obliterated the instant that the fight starts. That’s how big the power gap is here. Zaraki had a good run though and he did make it pretty far. Maybe he would be able to cut through and land a hit on Jiren, but I wouldn’t count on it. Jiren wins.

Jiren would win. Zaraki is tough but I feel like not even his monster powers can stop Jiren. I remember seeing Jiren take down the rampaging Saiyan Kale with a simple blast. Jiren would probably knock out Jiren easily.
Definitely, Jiren’s a universal threat. He could probably stop Zaraki just like how he stopped Kale. He wouldn’t need to put any effort in here
Exactly. Based on what I heard and seen, Jiren is in a whole new level of strength. Goku struggled with him by himself. Jiren is like a one man army.
