Chrom can easily hack away at the plant’s leaves which will weaken Piranha quite a lot. At that point it will be a simple matter for Chrom to steel himself and rush in for one last blow. Chrom is exceptionally fast and talented with a blade so this is all part of the plan for him. Chrom wins.
