Suggested by iKnowledge Scarlet Witch has tremendous magical abilities to the point where she can even be compared to someone like Dr. Strange. That being said, she is not ready to take on Jolyne. Jolyne’s Stand is far too quick and powerful for this fighter. There will be no time to cast any spells and even if Scarlet Witch can dish a few out, they would not be able to land. Jolyne Kujo wins.

Now I admit, I’m no fan of Jojo, but couldn’t Scarlet Witch command that there be no stands and reduce Jolyne’s powers?
I don’t think she’d be able to do that. The Stands are just too powerful and are pretty much sentient. It wouldn’t be possible to just throw them away
