Sure, he can stop simple punches and kicks thanks to all of his blubber which is nice enough, but that’s not something that will protect him against fire attacks. Mars can burn him into oblivion with her fire arrows and he won’t be fast or strong enough to stop her. This is the difference between their abilities and it’s a wide enough gap where he will definitely be on the losing end. Sailor Mars wins.
