Mash and Saitama are both total powerhouses who can destroy most opponents with a single punch. In a way you could say that Mash is probably based on Saitama but in this case the copy cannot defeat the original. Saitama is much too powerful here and his stats around the board are just way too impressive. Mash’s punches probably wouldn’t even do much if any damage to the guy. Saitama is just too broken to lose at this point. Saitama wins.

Anyway this matchup is pretty straightforward, Saitama wins.
He outstats mash heavily. I’m pretty sure someone need’s Planetary AP to survive a normal punch from saitama, and MUCH MORE to actually hurt him (If’s he’s actually ever gotten hurt). Besides Saitama sneezed Jupitar away, and the more recent manga feats may give saitama universal, potentially multiversal power depending on how strong empty void is.
Mash unfortunately is neither of those and while he’s resisted and powered through a ton of hax in his world, Saitama’s kinda done the same.
I will give Mash the battle iq advantage though, he’s shown to have much superior battle strategy then Saitama, who doesn’t really think about battle strategy all that much.
But other then that, Saitama should win.
