Well just to remind you guys I’m not an anti fan of Link. He’s just been losing a bit on the blog, plus Vegeta’s power is well over 1 million where I doubt Link’s is over a thousand. One Big Bang Attack and Link will be wishing he was back home. Link is a warrior, but he was never meant to fight a Saiyan. Vegeta is one of the strongest beings in all of media. Vegeta wins

nope. Vegeta’s Power is evil, all the funny haired people say “I sense a power, and its evil” or something similar. The Master Sword destroys anything evil, reducing Vegeta’s power, speed, durability, and strength. and a simple Solar Flare could be deflected with the Famous Mirror Shield. Vegeta might not lose to one of his own attacks, but he wouldn’t be able to even strike Link, leaving Link completely Invunerable. He has taken down Giant spiders, Huge electric mutant jelly fish, and even Giant firebreathing dragons! all as a kid! He has defeated Ghosts, Dragons, Mystical beings, and even a copy of himself! Mathmatically if One goes over itself, it repeats. and repeats, and repeats. forever. HIs power level is way over 1,000 for sure. He battles with sword and shield in hand, while Vegeta puts on wierd light shows. There is nothing Vegeta can do to even harm Link. it wouldnt be a match. Sorry but that’s the truth.
I think you don’t fully comprehend Vegeta’s power. First of all, he’s not evil. His power is Not evil! So already Link’s dead. The Master Sword destroys evil, but it’s only as good as the user. Link’s not fast or strong enough to last. Vegeta just shoots one blast at him faster than light and Link dies instantly. It’s that simple. Those guys Link beat….Vegeta could beat them all teaming up in one hit. Link’s power level over 1000…..don’t think so. Vegeta just needs one punch to beat Link. Sorry, but THAT is the truth 😀
Link is a human. A regular human. He has lifted, with only his arms, many thousand ton boulders. nothing ever has stopped him and nothing will. he is more then capable of takeing a hit from vegeta. His strength is unmatched (to any Stats) his speed is dwelling on the speed of light. he could freeze time and just slay vegeta before it even began. You might of forgot about that. Vegeta may not be ALL evil, but alot of him is. I should know my bro comes in mah room to watch some dragon balls or somethin. Now imagine: Link vs vegeta in a horseback fight. knock each other off, then fight each other with brute strengh. and swords. Link has Magical armor (twilight princess) that deflects any kind of damage for the cost of some rubies. now with Mastersword, Magical suit, hover boots, and mirror shield equiped, Vegets doesnt stand a chance. 😀
When he lifts those it’s usually because of items. On his own he can’t lift nearly that much. Even with items I think you’re picked a number that’s too high. He can lift rocks 🙂 He can’t take a hit from Vegeta. Show me a time he’s tanked a planet busting hit. Because otherwise there’s no proof that he’d survive. Link’s strength isn’t unmatches and his speed isn’t even close to the speed of light. Freezing time is good, but he’d be dead before he could think about it. I’m sure you pay attention when your bro’s watching DBZ, but I’ve actually Seen the Show! More than once, and read the manga, and played most of the games and watched GT. So once you’ve done that you can try and test my DBZ knowledge, but otherwise you can’t win. I’ve mastered it too much. The magic armor can’t stand up to Vegeta’s attacks and his Mirror Shield would break. Link doesn’t have even the slimmest of chances 😀
actually the magic armor is like God mod. you cant get hurt by anything when wearing it, but it depletes your rubies after each it and during the time you are wearing it. after runnin out of rubies, it becomes real heavy that you can barely walk with it equiped. Im pretty sure Link has been around long enough to master time itself. he could reverse it, speed it up, and pause it. there is even proof that he could go as far back/foreward as 7 years. yeah you are right, the golden gauntlets help him when picking stuff up but they do not effect his strengh. The ways Link would beat Vegeta: 1, freeze time; 2, magic armor (with a huge amount of rubies). Last time i checked vegeta has one heart. and if vegeta can withstand his own attack, and Link can get up to 20 hearts, then DOUBLE their durability, then im sure vegeta couldnt finish Link off with a single blast. vegeta isnt all evil but everyone knows he always has and always will have some evil in him so, the master sword could easily deflect at least 10% of his power. no, he hasnt tanked a planet destroying blast, but he can beat another form of himself. when was the last time Vegeta went against someone who matches his own power? Cell had even less brute power then him and he was easily defeated by Cell. so power levels dont mean a thing against Link. that, and Link gets al lthe Zelda’s in the series! 😀 (the term Zelda means princess, so every princess is named Zelda, and why isnt there a black Zelda???)
im sure, Link vs Vegeta would be pretty hard to fall on link without his time-shifting abilities, his Eye Of Truth(which can see exactly what move Vegeta’s gonna use next), Magic armor, golden gauntlets, or any healing items. but what would vegeta be without his powers?
Well I’ll address your points and hopefully you’ll come to the same conclusion that I’ve come too.
First the Magic Armor. Nothing, and I mean Nothing! is invincible (Save for Bass EXE) Magic Armor may be unbreakable in LOZ world, but when you go to DBZ world…you’re in for a world of hurt. Vegeta has planet busting strength in his fists and can fire beams that destroy whole solar systems. No armor can protect Link from that. Even if it did Link would be stranded in space at Vegeta’s mercy
As for the time argument, Vegeta moves so much faster than the speed of light that he’d destroy Link before he could use it.
The Golden Gauntlets do affect his strength which is why he can pick those up. Without them Link’s not nearly as strong physically.
When has Vegeta gone up against someone like himself? Well his first battle against Goku they were almost evenly matched, but Vegeta was stronger and better trained. To even it off Goku had help from Gohan, Krillin, and Yajirobe. Also Vegeta has fought guys who are stronger than him like Buu and Janemba, but still did good thanks to his mastery over hand to hand combat.
Also Cell was stronger than Vegeta when he beat him. Vegeta was beating Form 2 Cell, but Form 3 was way over SSJ1 form. So when Vegeta lost he had a much smaller power level.
The Eye of Truth is good, but it doesn’t matter if you can see the next move, but lack the speed to dodge it.
Without his powers Vegeta still has mastery over hand to hand combat, super strength, and super speed. So he’d still take down Link.
also the Zeldas don’t count in this match since it’s 1 on 1.
Okay here are the ways that Vegeta beats Link
1. Instant Galik Gun blast that destroys him
2. Punching right through Link
3. Flying Link headfirst into a mountain
4. Throwing him in lava and blowing it up
5. Turning Super Saiyan
I wouldn’t really say Link has a shot at this.
As for your 3 ways why Link would win
For the Magic Armor, that’s good, but it won’t exactly stop Vegeta from destroying him. Vegeta can take his own attack. He’s proven it many times in the past, and he has tanked a Planet Busting attack btw 🙂
As for the freezing of time, he’s dead before he can do it

Link would ket killed if vegeta completely destroyed him (of course) but i mean, you are underestimating his speed! his eye of truth lets him counter alot of the moves vegeta makes. Turning super sayain alone wont kill link because.. well all it does is make vegets alot stronger, turning super sayain does nothing against link (until vegeta hits him) now i was making a joke about the Zelda thing. Its like Link and Vegeta scedule a match, vegeta goes to the arena, and link isnt there so, when he goes home, link’s arm is around bulma XD that would be funny. ANYWAYS back to the fight. i forgot to meantion that Link does have the speed, attack power, and defense power of the Gods. In Ocarina of Time, he gets 3 power ups that, first, allows him to be covered completely in a forcefield that cannot take any damage (God’s Defense), 2, for him to punch the ground and a flame dome surrounds him (God’s Attack), and alot like Sayains ability to use Instant Transmision, he also gets an ability to teleport(God’s Speed). and if you are talking about different worlds, saying that the armor would break in the DBZ world and not in the LOZ world, who said the battle would take place in the DBZ world? OH AND YOU FORGOT, LINK CAN SCARE VEGETA BY PUTTING ON A WIERD MASK XD. na jk. IF the battle took place in the DBZ world, then the winner, would be vegeta. But I have my respect for Link, and I know that If the battle took place in the LOZ world, that Link would win. He also has similar battle tactics as vegeta. One last thing, yes the Golden Gauntlets make Link 1000x stronger, but who said he didnt have them? 🙂
Recovering Fairies!!!! they could recover Link to full health whenever completely killed, kinda like Piccilo’s Regeneration ability.
Turning Super Saiyan can cause tremors. Also if Vegeta powers up enough the whole planet will shake. Link’s eye of truth is a good item to have, but even if he knows what Vegeta will do, it doesn’t mean he can dodge it. His speed is considerable, but is still nothing against Vegeta. All battles on this site take place in an environment where no being has the advantage. I picture a white void of nothingness for this match because that’s usually fair, but it doesn’t matter where they fight. Vegeta beats Link anywhere. Those attacks you mentioned are good, but not nearly enough. God’s Defense, that blocks all LOZ attacks, but it wouldn’t survive a Galik Gun or Big Bang Attack. God Speed is good, but Vegeta would still catch him and destroy him. Vegeta strikes fear into the hearts of many so there’s a big chance Link would be scared. Link keeps all items and super forms he’s ever gotten in any game as per blog rules, but they don’t save him. Link could be a million times stronger and Vegeta would still be stronger. As for the fairies, they’re good….if Link still has a body. It would be melted by the beam. Link just doesn’t have enough skills to take this match in any world. Though if you’re a fan, why not request a match with Link? I post all requests unless they

i would love to do so. and, I am 60% on Link’s side vs vegeta still 😛 he does have a special mask( its in majora’s mask, i forgot the name if it tho) that increases his power to the maximum extent of his surroundings. basically it is a power absorber so, link sucks 40% of vegeta’s power up and bam, Link wins 😛 or that is completely unrelated. and i kinda laughed at your comment “if he still has a body left” its like he dies, gets revived and wakes up to no legs, and one useless arm XD. of course Sayains are built as power houses and almost indestructible. i mean, these two sillouettes, Link and Vegeta, aren’t meant to go against each other. one trains in magic, battle tactics, swordsmenship, horseback, archery.. well u get the point. while the other can fly. shoot lasers out of his eyes! freakin destroy planets! this battle was not meant to happen. but it was a good idea while i thought of it. Orochimaru was one of the strongest shinobi in Naruto. Back to the fight. The Mask helps and he can suck some power up, but Vegeta destroys him before he gets anywhere near 40%. Vegeta is just way too fast. These guys werne’t meant to go against each other. It’s like having Hawkman fight Superman. But how do you still think Link has a shot against the Super Saiyan Vegeta? Vegeta also has SSJ3 and 4! Plus I count Gogeta SSJ4 🙂

Technically, Link cannot die. Or get any limb decapitated due to the Triforce of Courage. Since he does own a piece of the Triforce, this makes him unkillable. you can beat him up and bruise him, but in the end he will come back. XD BUT SEE THIS IS SOO UNFAIR!!!! i really didnt want to meantion it.

Well yeah. Link does swing that fast and powerful. He’s just fighting guys so powerful they can see his sword. The Gauntlets make him extremely powerful but still not Vegeta level. I know about Link’s attacks. He gets everything in the Ocarina of Time continuity. So that game and Majora’s Mask. But even if it was composite Link he can’t beat Vegeta, Also if Link dies he’s not coming back. Ganondorf comes back, but he’s evil. For Link other kids take up the mantle. The whole Link coming back when someone loses is game mechanics 😛

you just cant understand, IT TOOK GOGETA SSJ4 to take down that evil dragon dude from the black star dragon balls. remember the wishes create negative energy? remember the wish to restore all that (frieza or cell) has caused, well that created enough negative energy to create such being. if it took Gogeta SSJ4 to take that thing down, then im pretty sure that he couldnt defeat ALL the characters. Ganondorf does not come back because he is evil, he comes back because a piece of triforce cannot die. he owns the one of power, so he cant die. neither can Zelda, or Link. they all own a piece of the triforce. it says when u beat the game (OOT)Ganondorf says “..as long as I have a part of the triforce, we shall meet again” or something similar. so in which case Link cannot die 😛 OROCHIMARU’S speed and power does NOT match a Gods. In the blog I count all power ups. That’s why Vegeta can use fusion forms. Link can’t come back because that’s game mechanics. If he had an ability where he came back I’d count it. Nobody created Vegeta. He just is 😀 Gogeta counts because fusion forms count. If Mario and Link merge one day I’d count the form for Link. The gods are fairly weak. I’d say Link can beat them. I think you’re overestimating them. So Vegeta still takes this match.

gods are very weak. So Link becoming one isn’t that impressive. The merging usually takes two people but in the blog rules I count ALL Super forms. That includes merge forms even though it’s just Vegeta. As for why the gods are weak
1. gods usually can’t fight
2. They rely on cosmic stuff that I don’t count for near anythuing
3. They’re always getting suckered and tricked
4. They’re just usually cheap

Hades and the Triforce haven’t gone against each other, but we all know who would win. I always use facts. Link isn’t unkillable. Gogeta beats him in one punch. Fusions count, I have said it in the past.

Fine, let me rephrase that. Vegeta can fuse into Vegito and Gogeta because he already has. If link ever fused with someone in a game I would count it. Vegeta can die, except he’s far too powerful for Link to destroy him. Glad to see that you will post more ideas. The best place to put your ideas is in the link

Look I don’t want to have a long winded conversation as above (or below, I don’t know how this site works…) however I choose link based solely upon his mirror shield, mostly because almost all energy attacks are deflected and it seems to me at least that vegeta can dish out quite a bit more then he himself can handle (just observation, I never watched too many DBZ episodes) beyond that all kinds of items that factor in intense speed and strength (see death battle; Link vs cloud to see what I mean). Without items and such link would easily die, but same with vegeta if he wasn’t able to go super Saiyan or use the…energy balls? I understand he also has intense strength and could probably destroy with fighting alone, but dem the works.
His Mirror Shield is definitely impressive. I’m not sure about his defense being less than his attack power though. Saiyans are extremely resilient and usually spend half of the battle being knocked all over the place. Link does have some great items that give him some intense speed and power. While those do help him give Cloud a good fight (Though I’d go with Cloud on that one) I don’t think it would be enough to take down Vegeta. Even if the Mirror Shield can deflect the energy attack (Which is arguable in itself) Vegeta is a master of hand to hand combat and is massively faster than light. Link would have a tough time keeping up with him. Vegeta also has the edge that he can just blow up the planet that Link is on and then take him out in aerial combat. If both of them didn’t have any items or gadgets..I’d still go with Vegeta. Link is an expert swordsman, but in martial arts, I think Vegeta has the edge.
