Tsunade and Genkai both had a pupil to train. The only difference is Genkai’s pupil was tough and became strong. Tsunade’s can’t handle a puppet. Genkai’s pupil can easily, no extremely easily take him down. Plus Genkai has the original Spirit Gun. Genkai wins.
