Cache is the final Villain of Megaman Nt Warrior Beast +. He did destroy the world, but Lan and Megaman from episode 1 beat him in a time skip, friendship, cheesy part. If Megaman can beat Cache in one episode than Bass could do it a lot faster. Cache may have power, but Bass’s power is legendary. Bass wins.
