Slur has vast cosmic power which lets her abilities easily exceed Clockman’s. When she turns into a ball of energy only Bass is able to stop her. Clockman time stop won’t help him because Slur can make vines come out of anything. They will still appear and tie him up. Even if the time stop gives him years he’ll never break out. Slur wins.

Except if time is truly stopped, then so are the vines
Well with time stop I think it’s all about power and will. So if Clockman tries to stop time Slur can just break free with aura power and keep on going. But he can still use it to save himself, like if she throws her sword, he can stop time to dodge it…unless it’s moving too fast
