Venom is the symbiote. He is very powerful to people like Spiderman everywhere. The Punisher is much too weak to handle him. He’s much to weak to handle almost anyone. Venom wins.

Well Venom would only need one good shot to end this fight. Remember, since it’s composite he has the powers of Thor, Hulk, Spiderman, and a lot of others. Punisher may have beaten the guys you mentioned in the past, but not if I were running the show. How could he beat them? They have such awesome skills and powers. Punisher has a gun, but it’s just not enough
