Venom is one of Spiderman’s strongest villains. Wolverine has been known to be his rival somehow. Wolverine has no way of beating Venom. Venom is stronger and more agile. Venom can also make clones with his symbiote. Venom wins.

Venom wouldn’t complete the fight he would just absorb wolverine and make him succumb to ALL the hate inside of his body. Brock is only useful because he’s so strong.
