Bowlman looks pretty weak in the anime. If you didn’t play Battle Network 3 you might actually think Silk could win. Alas in the games Bowlman is actually serious. He was one of the top 10 Undernet navi’s. Silk is still winless and will probably stay that way for a while. Bowlman wins.
