Well this is a fight between two beings with powers so Marvel that it’s hard to see who wins in a way. Of course Jean grey wins with the Phoenix Force but The Shocker almost won. Jean Grey wins.
Ha even if Jean didn’t have the Phoenix force, she can control him and his powers aren’t even real if he doesn’t have his suit on he can’t use them. Weak or not Jean’s power usher own not a suit.

Yeah she definitely had this match in the bag. Shocker’s too weak though I always found him cool
