Mewtwo has spychic powers that let him fight Electro. Without them he may be toast but with them Electro is toast. Shocking isn’t it. Heh heh heh heh. Mewtwo wins.
Mewtwo actually can use many non-psychic powers, like Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Ice beam and Earthquake. But even so, his Psychic powers are his strongest, and debatably he might not be able to use his other powers without some degree of psychic power
Yeah, his other powers are impressive and I probably hyped Electro up too much (Mewtwo would probably win without psychic powers) I think Earth Quake is his best non psychic attack
