Chun Li has a lot of kicks but Ryu goes with the punches. In my book Punches typically beat kicks so Chun Li is out of luck this round. Maybe next time. Ryu wins.
Yeah chun-li should take this fight she has counter to ryus hadokan so it’s about who is more skilled in my opinion chun-li is more skilled yes ryu fighting still is really good but his defenses are really low and week and he is off guard most of the times unlike chun-li she have great defenses and she was never off guard if she get him in to an ultimate he can’t run away or protect himself he is done also chun-li shows to be faster than ryu and she win most of there fights in the trailers i think that’s enough to give chun-li the win
In a normal battle I may agree but counting composite Ryu has his Asura’s Wrath form where the guy got a massive buff. It’s hard to see Chun Li doing anything against him by that point. He’s just way too powerful
Yeah if we use comp versions ryu wins but in canon fight with out the noncanon asura wrath version chun-li whould win so she well be the overall winner
I still think it would be close but I think she definitely could have a chance. That said, composite rules are in place for all blog fights which is why Ryu still takes the win here
