Quicksilver has speed that he can use to his advantage. Manda has some abilities that let him overwhelm Quicksilver. For instance one bite and Quicksilver will be (Pun intended) Toast. Pretty sad for Quicksilver, but it’s the way it goes. Manda wins. But Quicksilver has some magic power which helps him win this one. Quicksilver wins.

Quicksilver. The reason there are 2 winners is because I originally chose Manda, but now I think Quicksilver would win. No match is written in stone because if I ever switch my mind then I’ll change the fight. It’s like how Bleach is still going right? Let’s say I had picked Renji to lose against Ulquiorra. If Renji surpasses him in the manga then I will overturn the match (If I really think he could win)
