Fantastic Four #116 showed us who would win this fight, as Mr. Fantastic came within seconds of choking Susan Storm to death!
Yeah, Mr Fantastic was winning that round, but since then I actually think Invisible Woman would win at this point. Her force powers are extremely effective and her barriers can withstand incredible amounts of energy now. It is a close fight though
