This is a tribute to the Halo movie. Master Chief looked pretty good and could easily wipe out Cortana. She lacks the skills to defeat him and may never get those skills. She’s as doomed as can be. Master Chief wins.

Hmm… This one may be a lot closer than you think. I mean, this is depending on where the fight started. If Cortana was inserted into Chief when the battle begun, then Cortana could just mind control Chief and hack into his systems making his armor explode and all his high-tech gadgets malfunction. Your rule about blog says that it is a PLACE, but does not state how close people start. Maybe you should add that they start 50ft apart, or something like that. Or else Cortana would cream MC in this fight. Also, you’ve got to remember that Cortana is just a hologram, so Chief couldn’t just shoot her.
The location is tough, so it’s hard to give an exact readout. For example, what if Godzilla is fighting Samus? Samus could win if they start at a long distance, but Godzilla could just step on her if they were so close. (400 meters in the new film so far) Another example if Nemo vs One Above All. If they start at 50 Ft, One Above All could just grab him. If they’re far away, then Nemo can try to speedblitz the One Above All. I like to think of the distance as a Final Destination sort of place, but it really changes depending on the fight. I try to make it fair to both fighters all of the time. Although, location usually doesn’t really matter in about 70% of the battles. The other 30% are the tricky ones. I can say that Cortana would not start the fight in Master Chief’s armor though š

Ah, well it’s composite so it would be Megaman vs Piccolo for the first round. For the second, you would need to choose if it’s Goku or Vegeta representing Vegito. Although, Megaman already stomped Goku when they last fought š
