Jean Grey has Phoenix form and usually burns her opponents away. Sadly Ino is a bit too powerful to lose to her. Ino’s mind abilities keep on improving and her shruiken techniques are fierce. Jean Grey just couldn’t stand up to that kind of raw power. Ino has come a long way from where she started. Ino wins.
Update: Jean Grey would be able to defeat Ino and resist her mind tricks. She has the Phoenix Force and her new psychic abilities. Jean Grey wins.

Jean Grey’s powers are definitely intense, but I’d say Ino’s a lot better at hand to hand. Plus with her mind transfer jutsu she has possesed Choji in the past and has access too his raw power! Jean Grey in phoenix force is definitely a big threat for Ino, but thanks to her speed I think Ino could pull out a win 🙂
And her psychic powers are level omega the more powerfull mutant nivel, she is very powerfull and strongest
