Dr Gero is an Android that can absorb Energy Blasts. Of course he didn’t count on fighting Cell Jr. While Cell Jr can shoot energy blasts he doesn’t need too. He can take down Dr Gero without them. Hand to hand’s good enough for him. Cell Jr wins.
