Grimmjow gets closer to 20 wins with every fight. Even now, in the 5400th post Grimmjow goes to 19-0. All he needs is one more win. Surtur can try to stop him with his sword skills, but Grimmjow is way too powerful for him. Grimmjow wins.

Surtur destroys Grimmjow even if he hits miles away due to the force of his strikes
Surtur is powerful, but you’re underestimating Grimmjow’s speed here. None of the strikes would ever be able to reach him, such is the power of the Espada. Grimmjow would eventually weaken and defeat the being!
I told you. He doesn’t need to hit Grimmjow directly to hurt him. You know how nukes have a shockwave radius? Surtur hits the ground and the resulting omnidirectional shockwave mangles Grimmy.
True, but Surtur’s blast still needs to reach Grimmy. Grimmy can just fly over it and a shockwave gets weaker as it travels distance. Grimmy can fly rings around Surtur and keep on hitting him with Cero blasts!
His cero blasts will be like a water gun to a rhino. Surtur is far too durable for Grimmjow to even scratch him. There’s a reason he fights galaxy busters like Odin who can one-shot galaxies with a single blast.
Enough water and even a Rhino will get full and take a nap. Surtur has been damaged by Thor and Odin in the past. Grimmjow would certainly deal some massive damage in a short amount of time thanks to his immense skills and battle experience. Also…spoiler alert,

By now it should be safe. He should be getting new feats in a few weeks thanks to the expanded universe.
Grimmjow is like a fly to him and Surtur is a guy with a flyswatter.
Remember the ant and the boot from The Avengers? This situation would be like that, the roles reverse rather quickly.
The only situation I see, is Surtur hitting Grimmjow so hard that he gets vaporised.
That’s not one of the situations that I can picture though.
