Younger Toguro has super strength. While Knuckles has some too, his strength is far weaker. He is nowhere near the level that Younger Toguro is at. Younger Toguro could defeat him at less than 10% power. Knuckles has a ways to go. Younger Toguro wins.

AWW come on, Knuckles would (O)prah (W)infrey (N)etwork this guy!! From his feats I’ve seen nothing puts his above even 100 tons, much less a megaton force punching guy like Knuckles. And with Knuckles right under the sound barrier in speed, this is most likely a blitz in favor of Knuckles. This guy has no real powerhouse feats.
I see what you did there! Knuckles is tough man, but this is Toguro we’re talking about. He was able to trade blows with Yusuke and that’s a crazy feat. Yusuke’s a really strong kid in his own right so most opponents would quickly go down when faced with his awesome power.
