Wonder Woman has super strength and speed. She even gained the powers of Thor at one point. Storm has weather manipulation, but it’s not nearly enough to take on Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman wins this match easy and rises higher in the rankings. Storm takes a loss, but she’ll be back one day. Wonder Woman wins.

Fair and square? It was a fan-voted comic, which is why democracy doesn’t work. It’s a popularity contest, not representational of real talent. Wonder Woman destroys Storm–it’s not even a contest. Lightning doesn’t affect Wonder Woman when her powers come from gods. Storm is basically the mortal, black, female, weaker Thor.
Agreed, once it was found out that the winners would be decided through popularity, the comic lost all credibility for debates. Fun to read, but far from proof
At the end of the day there are more marvel fans out there than DC fans and they will blindly vote for storm despite the facts. I love both and taking everything to account Wonder Woman would win easily. Storm is incredibly powerful, no doubt about that, but Wonder Woman has taken on the gods of the elements and come out standing. Storms powers would not be enough to defeat Wonder Woman and thats that.
