Shocker is back, but he’s back for another loss. Electro’s supposedly one of the strongest individuals in the Marvel Universe! I don’t buy that for a second, but it’s cool to think about. Shocker’s blasts can’t match up to Electro’s power. Electro wins.

But Shocker is one of the greatest Spiderman villains out there! Trust me, that guy always…Shocks the audience!!!!! Still, Electro is one of my favorite Spiderman villains as well
