Vegeta is a super saiyan and his skills are far too intense for the Hulk. Vegeta can blow up whole solar systems with a single shot. The Hulk may be powerful, but in the end he’s just not Vegeta level. Vegeta has beaten stronger opponents in the past at any rate. Hulk takes yet another loss. Vegeta wins.

Hulk stands absolutely no chance against someone like Vegeta. At his absolute strongest he can barely destroy a planet, Vegeta does that without breaking a sweat. Hulk is doomed here.
