Wackoman is a pretty tough navi when he wants to be, but he is definitely lacking in hand to hand abilities. He mostly relies on shooting his color ball at opponents and it’s easy to just kick back, blow up, or just dodge. Because of this he had no shot of taking down someone like Megaman. Megaman wins.
