This is a tribute to A Funny Thing Happened on the way to Thor’s hammer. Agent Coulson has his gun at the ready and he’s decently good at hand to hand combat. The One Above All may seem like he’s just about invincible, but I don’t think that he’ll be winning this round. Agent Coulson wins.
