Hatchiyack is back and now he’s up against Vegeta! Vegeta is the Prince of All Saiyans and with a single blast he can cause some awesome destruction. Hatchiyack may be powerful, but I don’t think that he can keep up with a Super Saiyan 3! Vegeta’s Big Bang Attack will end this. Vegeta wins.

In the video games he achieved that level of power. Plus in GT he got SSJ4 as well
Video games ate cannon and not official though. He never officially achieved it.
They’re official, but I guess now in the original canon. More of a what if, but he’ll probably get it in the new movie. Either way in the blog they’re all composite
