Master Mogul is a being to be feared. His power is basically limitless and with a single punch, he can do some heavy damage! Still, in the end his power is nothing compared to what Bass can dish out. Bass has power beyond comprehension and he always managed to pull out a win. Bass wins.

Mogul Could Crush Zones With His Hands, Which Are As Big As A Universe, And Bass.EXE Is Nowhere Near Universe Busting In Terms Of Feats. While On The Other Hand We Have Mogul CRUSHING A Zone With His Bare Hands, Which Is A Better Feat Than Shaking An Island Due To Powering Up.

With The Chaos Force He Was Omnipresent, So No Matter How Fast Bass.EXE Can Go, Mogul Would Still Be Faster Due To Basically Being Everywhere At Once. Bass.EXE Can’t Tank That Much Damage If He’s Being Attacked From Everywhere At Once.

Being everywhere at once is actually a weakness since that also means Bass could just punch anywhere and land a hit. It’s not in his best interest to use that sort of ability. Otherwise Bass can just power up and take the entire planet with him!
Just How Fast Can Bass.EXE Go Anyway? I Can’t Think Of Any Good Speed Feats For Him, Except For When Protoman.EXE Said Something Like “I Can’t See Him Move” From The Viz Manga. If We Power Scale From Megaman.EXE, Protoman.EXE Should Be At Least Hypersonic, So Even If He Couldn’t See Bass.EXE Move, All That Means Is He’s Above Hypersonic Speed, Or Faster Than The Eye Can See, Which Is A Decent Speed Feat, But Nowhere Near Mammoth Mogul’s Speed.

That’s the only speed feat we need. Protoman was talking about how Bass was FTL and it was incredible. I can safely say that we’ve never seen anything quite like it. I was practically in tears by the end of that scene

Protoman said “I’m not talking mach…….I’m tAlkiNG LiGHt!” It meant that he was certainly FTL and this was at the beginning of the series so we have to scale that up by almost infinite proportions to see his true speed. If Mogul is everywhere, then Bass could punch the ground and Mogul would take damage. That’s the problem with being everywhere, it applies to your pain sensors as well. Mogul would be out like a light before he even knows it.
Are You Talking About The MegaMan NT Warrior Manga Or Anime? Bass.EXE Was Less Than Nothing In The Anime, And Was Quite A Bit Stronger In The Manga, In My Opinion.

Now, I Know It Isn’t Very Reliable, But According To The Vs Battle Wiki, Bass.EXE Is Tier A-3, Which Means Bass.EXE Has Universe Level Destructive Capacity, Which Is Pretty Good And Accurate, But Mammoth Mogul Is 2-C, Which Means He Is At Least Multi Universe Level, Which Is Higher Than Universe Level Like Bass.EXE. Pretty Good Evidence Mogul Is In Fact Stronger Than Bass.EXE.
