The Hulk is pretty strong, but in the end he won’t be able to keep up with Green Lantern’s speed and ring abilities. Green Lantern has taken on guys that were Superman level in the past, so staying out of Hulk’s range should be easy enough. Hulk drops down the ranks with this loss, but he put up a good fight. Green Lantern wins.

Hulks regeneration, as well as infinite strength should out GL down. If he gets angry enough he goes world breaker and basically kills earth with a footstep
True, but GL can manuever in space while Hulk would mostly be helpless in that state. I think GL’s cunning wit and brute strength through his will power should give the Hulk quite a fight and I think that he can even manage to come out on top in the end.
