Spiderman has some pretty good hand to hand skills and he even got the power cosmic at one point. Still, he won’t be able to keep up with Supergirl’s intense speed and physical power. Even in Spiderman’s phoenix mode, I don’t think that he could stop her. Supergirl wins.
