Batman has his gun at the ready. He usually doesn’t use firearms, but he is pretty skilled with them. Darkseid has the omega beams, but Batman’s speed should allow him to dodge them while delivering some powerful GL ring blasts. Batman’s composite abilities are numerous and give him the edge. Batman wins.

Sorry about that but I just can’t see this happening. The DC Universe clearly does not portray Batman on this level. I’ll break things down civilly.
-Darkseid’s many trillions of times stronger, tougher and faster than Bruce. Think about it. I go to weightlifting class twice a week. I know a friend with a ten year old brother. The gap between me and the ten year old is roughly the gap in power between Bruce and King Darkseid.
-Darkseid’s very presence causes the fabric of time to fall apart. Since Batman is mortal, he won’t survive it without a writer’s help.
-Batman may have an answer for Superman with Kryptonite but he doesn’t exactly carry Radion with him.
-Batman has no Green Lantern Ring; he doesn’t keep one around regularly. True, the blog rules say he does but then one must include a random powerup for Darkseid too.
-The Omega Beams of Darkseid are virtually unstoppable and undodgeable. Just because Batman did it once doesn’t mean it can happen again.
-This isn’t even taking into account the fact that Darkseid is vingitillions of years older than Batman. Darkseid’s a god and Batman’s only human.
Right, normally that would be true, but with composite, Batman also keeps the Superman powers that he got a while back. That tips the scales since I still say that Superman>Darkseid.
Batman never had any powers like that and actually Darkseid is more powerful.
It happened in the Batman/Superman series.
It was a great arc btw and I highly recommend it. I’d take Superman over Darkseid in a heartbeat. I know Darkseid’s won a few rounds in the past and actually leads the all time series against Superman, but I feel like the speed difference here is critical.
I don’t think Batman would even use the powers exchanged and that was a one time thing not standard. Comparing Batman to Darkseid is like pitting me against bacteria.
It’s not standard, but for the composite rules it still applies. Otherwise, Darkseid certainly destroys Batman unless he had a lot of prep time.
Could he even use them properly? Just because one has super powers doesn’t guarantee mastery.
No worries, he definitely can. In the same comic arc he used those powers to completely humiliate the Justice League, which had Wonder Woman, Supergirl, and many other heavy hitters at the time. He was able to perfectly master them and appeared to be even better than Superman since his mastery over all combat forms really helped here.

He couldn’t because Batman is too fast when he is in Superman mode.
If Batman has prep, he could pull this off no problem. I don’t think he can win if Batman has no prep though.
He’d definitely need a whole ton of prep, but given enough time yeah Batman can come up with just about anything
