This is a tribute to the Martian Successor Nadesico Prince of Darkness. That was a bit of a mouthful, but it’ always good to have a long name. Ruri Hoshino is now the Captain and while she assembled a pretty subpar group, she made up for it by the fact that she didn’t need the crew that much.
