The One Above All is a being with abilities that are just on another level. With one punch he can probably destroy all of reality, but that just won’t be enough to beat Takeshi. Takeshi was able to fight at high speeds in the IGPX and he just needs one solid punch to take the One Above All down for the count. Takeshi wins.
