Rotor may seem like a tough guy upon first glance, but he definitely wouldn’t be able to hold his own against Sonic. Sonic has the massive speed advantage and Rotor would never be able to land a solid hit against him. Anything that Rotor can do, Sonic can do better. Rotor just won’t have a chance to save the day this time. Sonic wins.
