Hal 9000 is back, but he’s still outmatched. He may have been pretty hi tech in his world, but Skynet is a lot more sophisticated. I don’t think that many could defeat Skynet in a fair fight and he/she/it can assume several faces in its tv screen. This one is known as the scariest and Skynet has a better mastery over tech than Hal. Skynet wins.

Skynet is a girl?
Technically Skynet is still an it, but it chooses to assume her shape to throw off the main character due to emotional ties. That being said, I’d probably refer to Skynet as a she because of this
Skynet would be a mecanical toy next to HAL. Don’t forget his upgrade in 2010.
Absolutely, I can never forget that upgrade, HAL really pulled in some good moves
