Valkyrie Cain has powerful magical abilities and technically, they could probably destroy the average opponent with a single strike. That being said, Valkyrie Cain’s impressive offense will not ultimately matter against Bass because the king of the blog’s speed is invincible. None may land a hit on him and I don’t see any fighter even getting close. Bass is simply too much for Valkyrie in any of her forms. Bass wins.

I thought I said DARQUESSE vs Bass not goddamn Valkyrie Cain? Darquesse becomes untethered from Valkyrie in the final book. I’m sorry but you have to read the whole series to realise that Darquesse is NOT Valkyrie. They are two separate beings. Its way different from Melkor and Morgoth.
Maybe he’s planning to do both?
This is looking dicey so far. I’ll take another look through her (long) section, but there seem to be reasons to count them as the same or different, but it’s close.
Well, Darquesse is her true form. She keeps it at bay, but it comes out when she is weakened or about to die like more Shonen Jump heroes and their ultimate powers. Like Ichigo before he gets Bankai or that kind of thing. Even if they temporarily split, it sounds like Darquesse is still Valkyrie Cain right?
NO! Darquesse =/= Valkyrie’s true form. Two SEPARATE entities. In the last book Valkyrie FIGHTS Darquesse in the real world.
Well, it’s true that they fight….but keep in mind that Clark Kent fought Superman in one of his films. I’ll look into her character again so see if I missed something.
