Raditz vs Itachi

Suggested by Destroyer Itachi has a lot of Sharingan tricks up his sleeve which could pose a threat to Raditz if the villain isn’t careful. He will have to really move with caution if he wants to survive this but the difference in their destructive abilities will be key here. Raditz can always destroy Itachi from afar or just speed blitz him. Raditz wins.

  1. Well this is a interesting topic, dont get the relations but I’m gonna go with it

So first in power and strength.
This obviously goes to raditz, raditz could overpower piccolo, and piccolo at the time was capable of moon level destruction. Sure it happened after raditz was killed but piccolo never really got that stronger after the fight with raditz, as he was busy training gohan.

In speed, Raditz was able to speedblitz goku, and goku when he was a child could dodge lightning, while itachi has only really kept up with a kurama chakra mode naruto and reacted to a lightning fast kirin attack.
Its safe to say raditz could speed blitz

As for durability, this would also go to raditz, since he could take hits from characters like goku, a powered up gohan and piccolo, who were definitely above anything itachi could take directly.

But now here comes the question that a naruto fan may ask.
“Cant itachi just use genjutsu on raditz then just kill him from there”
    The answer, No

For one, genjutsu is basically the disruption of somebody’s chakra flow, to pretty much create an illusion in person under genjutsu’s mind.
The problem, is that raditz does not have chakra,
Ki and chakra are similar in some ways but are still vastly different

Itachi cannot disrupt the flow of somebody’s chakra if they don’t have chakra at all.
Even if he still could, Dragon ball users have been shown to outright break through such illusions and mind control by simply powering up.

    BUT
    What about the sharingan genjutsu’s?
Well something to note is that sharingan genjutsu’s don’t require a person to have chakra in order to cast the genjutsu.
    So is that it?
Itachi wins because sharingan genjutsu, tsukuyomi type bullshit?
    No

For one, raditz could easily tell he is being fucked with by illusions, for one, His scouter could pretty much easily detect that some illusion is going on since an illusion has no power level.

Second, like i already said, raditz could simply just completely disrupt the genjutsu by powering up. or simply being stronger then the opponent, Jirayia actually explains how to disrupt genjutsu

    Now remember these words
“If you use more power to disrupt your chakra flow, you cancel the genjutsu”
And hell this was a flashback to when naruto was fighting itachi, or at least a weaker version of him. Though he still kinda failed due to him not being strong enough to overpower the genjutsu yet, not to mention he was hit with a illusion that hit naruto pretty hard.

Now imagine itachi trying to genjutsu raditz with tsukuyomi or some other genjutsu, What is he supposed to do? Itachi has no knowledge of raditz’s deeper thoughts.
Meanwhile raditz straight up bursts through the genjutsu with force due to his ki being far stronger then itachi’s chakra.
And hell this is assuming Raditz does not instantly speed blitz itachi and send the dude flying into space.

Itachi’s susanoo would be unable to even defend against raditz because characters have already overpowered and broken through the susanoo before.
Totsuka blade would be too slow to even catch raditz

Ameterasu would just me a mere annoyance and there’s a high chance it would be brushed off with a simple ki power up.

    Itachi is doomed to fail

    Raditz wins

    • Definitely agreed, Raditz destroys Itachi here. The DB universe has shown that hax will always be defeated by raw power and the sharingan is no exception. As soon as Raditz starts flexing then it’s over. There will be no escape at that point
