Suggested by Sonic Kairi is one of the Keyblade warriors but I wouldn’t say that her abilities are all that impressive yet. They certainly are not at the level needed to face off with Topman at the moment. This guy is fast with his tops and should be able to completely overwhelm her in a battle of speed. There’s just no way to get around this guy’s attack movements and she would need a few more special techniques. Topman wins.
