Suggested by Destroyer Vaccine Man was always a fun villain. His screen time was really cut short though which hurts him here. The guy just wasn’t able to show us a whole lot of what he can do and that’s a big mistake when you’re going up against someone who actually does have a lot of feats like that. Deep Sea King can ultimately speedblitz this guy to win the fight. Deep Sea King wins.

Deep Sea King is strong, But I’m sure vaccine man is stronger, and a massive advantage he has is that he can fly. I’m sure hydrated DSK would be almost on par with VM, but when he takes on his true form DSK is gonna die, and destructive power, def goes to VM, hes literally a buffed homeless emperor, just a little slower
Vaccine Man was huge to be sure but we didn’t get to see much of his combat speed. I don’t see Vaccine Man being able to land enough blows on him to win.
I will agree deep sea king is most like better , but there is vast difference between high demon and dragon, whos to say vaccine man doesnt flys a few hundred feet above and nukes the entire area around him
I’m not sure Vaccine Man would have the time for that. Deep Sea King is so fast that in theory he could run in front of Vaccine Man and take him down for the count
