Batman and Captain America are about the same if you think about it. Batman is a guy who goes in a suit and fights crime. Captain America is a guy who was injected with a serum and became a hero. Captain America was his name. They both have good fighting skills. Captain America is sronger in strength. However Captain America has more morals and always does what’s right while Batman will cross the line occasionaly.
Cap wins
Again I’ve changed my mind. After watching more Batman stuff and reading the crossover Batman would win this one. Batman’s skills are slightly better plus he has loads of gadgets. Of course it’s not proven that his skills are better but they certainly look it. Batman wins.

The problem is that it’s never been clearly defined exactly what the super-soldier serum did to Cap. Is he “near-superhuman” or just the “peak of human perfection?”
If he’s peak-human, than Batman has a better chance because he is too (& is naturally so). He should also have better technical fighting skills, being versed in multiple forms of unarmed combat, including obscure martial arts. The main edge that Cap would have, in my opinion, is stamina. The fight could last for hours, and Batman would start to get tired first, which would enable Cap to eventually score the knockout.

Hmm, I’m not sure. Like MM says, Bats is just as peak-human as Cap, plus he has a larger variety of martial arts and fighting skills. And in terms of morals, the two live in different societies–put Cap in Gotham and see how long he can keep his boots clean.
Even so, it isn’t just about strength. Bats is also a detective, and his intellect is as superhuman as his physical strength. He knows every hero’s weaknesses and secret identity–and he’s beaten Superman more than once, with more than just Kryptonite. If he has the Man of Steel’s number, he would definitely give Cap a run for his money.
But hey, we’re all entitled to our own opinions and I’m more than a little biased towards the Bats (see avatar) š
Your points are valid and I agree that Captain America would definitely start crossing the line in Gotham. He might have even gotten farther in than Batman because Joker has been known to make a lot of people lose it. I still think Cap wins but it’s a really close fight.
But one difference is that Captain American is willing to kill, if he absolutely has to. So if he were in Gotham, and kept facing the Joker, he may eventually just take him, which we know that Batman will never do. So that’s an extra edge that Captain America has in a fight.
But Batman has the powers of a Black Lantern and those of a Green Lantern
Superman calls Batman “The most dangerous man on earth”. So that to me…shows that even Superman is kinda scared of Batman…so I think Batman wins this fight hands down against Captain America because before each fight Batman analyzes his opponent for weaknesses…
Sure I think Batman beats Cap. Mostly because he got Green Lantern powers. Plus in Brave and the Bold he got the powers of everyone
