Now this is a much better fight because Superman is over 10 times stronger than Superman. For this battle Goku would probably need Super Saiyan 3 form. I still think Goku would win because he’s a lot tougher and stuff. So this fight ends up in a Goku winning again. Goku wins.

Goku (or any super saiyan Z fighter for that matter) would scrape superboy in a minute.
I agree, but Superboy Prime is very different from Superman in that just by sneezing he blew up a universe. So some people say he’s the strongest DC villain.
If most of Goku’s powers are magic based then Prime wins. Magic does not hurt Prime.
Goku’s powers are other wordly energy. So maybe not magic. Either way he’s physiclly tougher than Superman Prime.
Superboy prime is not affected by magic (check his fight against black adam), Obviously superboy prime’s powers are other worldly energy. He gains his energy from the sun. He also decapitates superheros with a backhand blow (pantha). He also wears a powersuit which magnifies all yellow sun energy to him, and has shown he can still use superpowers when fully charged under a red sun and is immune to kryptonite. As his future self he can fully control time. Even as superboy-prime in the infinite crisis timeline, he can fly back into time and forward into time. He also has near infinite strength, and pushes planets out of the way as he is flying in outer space. I dont doubt goku is OP, he is not tougher than superboy-prime and the fight would be pretty even.
Superboy Prime is still tough, but Goku is just beyond his level. Even if Superboy Prime somehow destroys him Goku can overcome reality and fight anyway, as seen later on in the series.
Why do you insist on pitting other characters against characters from the DB universe? DB universe characters win automatically
