Manaphy isn’t one of the stronger pokemon around. In fact he’s weak so Kyogre can easily defeat him. He also has one of my favorite water moves. Muddy Water which is excellant in the game. Kyogre wins.

Just, Manaphy’s not as much of a fighter as most pokemon. He’s more of an assist (Like Celebi) Kyogre will always be the true lord of the seas
He is that, he’s like the Pokemon Poseidon
Plus with the new Mega form that will be appearing in the Hoenn remake…Kyogre is about to unlock new levels of power!
