This is a tribute to Green Lantern. He just wasn’t that great or tough so in the end he had to be dropped by Mukuro. Mukuro has illusion powers and they can stop Jordan. Jordan would fear Mukuro too much to focus. Mukuro wins.

HOLD UP!!!! that specific picture of green lantern is when he is possessed by the sinter corps entity called parallax whom is powered by fear, also green lanterns powers are boosted 10x’s normal when he is possessed by him sooooooo mukuro would get his ass beat. if all murkuro can do is make illusions green lantern would destroy him. the green lantern ring is able to do anything the wilder wants as long as they have the imagination and will power to do so. check and mate sir.
GL was pretty tough in that form. He could give a lot of beings a run for their money, but GL still can’t win. Mukuro’s illusions aren’t just illusions. They’re realistic to the point that they do hurt unless you’re skilled enough to not let your mind be overwhelmed. GL is tough, but mental powers isn’t his strong point. He may have a strong mind, but no mind is strong enough to withstand Mukuro’s illusions. Also don’t forget that Mukuro is a skilled hand to hand fighter. GL loses this match completely. If it helps there are no beings who can defeat Mukuro.
