The Start of Arc 2 DBZ villains Arc. Dr Gero is a strong opponent, but he’s not Cell level. Cell has the Kamehameha and with it he can blow Dr Gero away. Dr Gero is so weak he couldn’t absorb a kamehameha that size. Dr Gero loses, but this won’t be the last time. Cell wins.
