Togepi is a pokemon who has become pretty widely known thanks to the anime. She’s appeared in many episodes and always knows how to get out of a tight spot. Of course Togepi doesn’t scare Ash! Ash is far too powerful for Togepi and with his Pikachu, he takes the win! Ash rises up the ranks again. Ash wins.

Well composite doesn’t work backwards. Togepi doesn’t get the help of Misty. Plus Ash could beat Misty. If Ash really needed the win he won’t mind knocking Togepi out. One zap should end it nice and quick
