Superman has his heat vision at the ready and he’s a really strong guy, but his skills won’t be able to match up against someone as powerful as Beltorze. Beltorze is a DBZ level fighter and he could shatter any comic character. Beltorze’s speed is immense and not even Superman could keep up with him. Beltorze wins.

I’m sorry but you’re overrating Beltorze a lot. He’s definitely not DBZ level status. He is more like DB status. The fight between him and Supes would be close, but he’s definitely not on that level.
DB level is definitely underselling him. He could easily defeat Master Roshi and King Piccolo from DB. While, he’s not exactly Cell level, Beltorze is definitely a powerful fighter. I don’t think that Superman would be able to give him a real challenge
