Loki is definitely an impressive fighter, but he won’t be able to defeat the Silver Surfer. The Silver Surfer has gone up against powerful foes like Thor in the past and his Power Cosmic can destroy just about any opponent. Loki’s magical abilities may allow him to drag the fight out, but he doesn’t have enough power to end the battle and he will lose eventually. Silver Surfer wins.

I feel like this fight could be written either way. Regardless there would never be a final outcome because Loki could escape at any time and so could the surfer. I would say stalemate with the Surfer winning ie Loki being forced to flee. People love to rant on about the power cosmic but Loki has massive eldritch magical powers. For example no one would ever say SS could beat Odin and none of Odin’s power’s have anything to do with the power cosmic. Also, not many people would pick SS versus classic Doctor Strange or someone like Agamotto.
Well, I think Silver Surfer could beat Odin, but by and large you are fight. There are certainly things that are above the Power Cosmic. That being said, Silver Surfer is massively FTL so he could definitely keep on tracking Loki down and eventually Loki would run out of power and be unable to place a counter.

I already read a fact about that he(silver surfer) lose a battle against Loki, but i can’t find it again.
I can see Loki using trickery to take him down. After all, even Dr. Doom was able to defeat the Surfer once.
