Misaka is back, but she’s up against Bass, who happens to be the strongest being in all of media! I don’t believe that Misaka will be able to handle an opponent of his caliber and she will be quickly defeated. None of her attacks have any real chance of hurting him and Bass is far superior to her in terms of speed. Bass wins.
